For the last three years I have been looking for the right time to open my online boutique. I started selling online when I was 16 years old. I decided to open this boutique filled with my own custom tees, onesies, and more. How did you get started?
Basically, I needed extra money and it just grew from there. What has been your hardest challenge of being a WAHM? Finding a balance between time with the kids and time to work. Also getting my husband to assist me as he would if I were working a "real" job. What has been your best method of promoting your business? Word of mouth. I love my line and I love selling products. I am a big advocate for breastfeeding and breast cancer awareness and it shows in my work. What are your goals with your business? I am hoping to get this business off the ground and to finally make a decent income from it. More than that though I really would love everyone wearing my brand, and supporting breastfeeding. What advice you have for moms who want to work at home? Expect the unexpected while maintaining a positive attitude
about your progress. Research your intended market so you know how to advertise
to that particular demographic. Don't forget the little things that make your
product/service memorable. NEVER forget that the most important thing in all
