eBay® for WAHMs

One of the few online income opportunities that almost anyone can start is an eBay business. Even an average seller on eBay can earn from a few dollars to thousands of dollars per month in eBay income without a large investment of time or money, making eBay for WAHMs a perfect business to run from home.

If you're not convinced, take a look at the number of PowerSellers on eBay. Keep in mind that each of these PowerSellers are required to make at least $3,000 per month income in order to rank as an eBay PowerSeller. There are different levels of PowerSellers ranging all the way up to the Titanium PowerSeller whose sales must reach at least $150,000 per month to qualify.

Part of the amazing success of eBay is the simplicity with which a beginning entrepreneur can start up a business and start earning real income in a short time and without the normal expenses associated with a traditional brick and mortar business. Almost anyone can start off just by selling a few items and eventually grow it into a bona fide source of full-time income if that's their goal. Part of the attraction for starting an eBay business is that there is no obligation to go full tilt unless you want to. There is no obligation to ramp up your business, you are in control of the amount of time you want to invest in it. Naturally, the more time and effort you put in, the better and more profitable results you'll achieve.

Unlike the real world where numerous barriers can confront the average job seeker, eBay doesn't distinguish between who can sell things or who can achieve PowerSeller status. You don't need to apply to be a seller and you don't need to commute to work (except to ship out your sold products!). You need only abide by eBay's rules, and have an item people want to buy. Basically your only risks are the small fees that are charged even if you can't sell your item. There are very few opportunities out there that can provide the same earnings potential that eBay offers.

Selling in-demand items is the best way to start. Watch what gets sold on eBay and the closing prices to get an idea of the best items to sell. If you can obtain the same items wholesale or at a good discount, you can make a profit.

There's no need to spend any money to buy items to sell on eBay until you've acquired some experience and some good feedback. You can start off simply by sorting through your own possessions and deciding what you don't need anymore and just listing it on eBay. Chances are that someone else is looking for the exact or similar items you're selling, that's the power and attraction of eBay!

There's really nothing to hold you back from starting your own eBay business. Here's a tip: eBay doesn't limit you to a single account. You may already have an account at eBay to buy things.  But did you know it's actually better to keep a separate eBay account to conduct your business as a seller?  That way you can keep feedback related to your selling activities separate from that of your buying activities.
